Background of Medicines
Every country of the world has a different history of medicines. In the ancient Indian civilization, medicines were synonymous to natural herbs and tree extracts. In ancient Greece they practiced the use of medicines before 1000 years of Christ. But they had faith on God more than the physicians. The Egyptians discovered various medicines by constant research on human anatomy. Romans were equally efficient about the practice of medicines. Modern medicines are completely different from the ancient ones as they were prepared from the natural products instead of chemical synthesis like the recent days.
